Become the best leader you can be!

Join a group of aspiring young leaders from across both Fiji and New Zealand for a unique leadership training experience.

Over the 5 days of the course you'll do a range of exercises designed to teach you the skills and knowledge you need to be an effective leader, whether it's in your school, community, family or future job.

The skills you'll learn will include communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, planning, project management and decision-making.

You'll learn these skills through a variety of different learning methods, from group work and discussions to hands-on, practical exercises inspired by military training techniques, with each student having the chance to lead a team multiple times. Leadership and exercise scenarios will focus on business, tourism, survival, and conservation/environment and more.

You’ll even have the opportunity to give back to the local community.

You’ll leave with new life-long friends, incredible memories, and invaluable skills which will help you excel!

Feedback from previous students

In terms of the course itself, it without a doubt helped improve my leadership skills…there is so much more you learn in terms of strategic ways to get people involved, effective communication skills, and how to make a situation enjoyable, approachable and achievable.

For anyone thinking about doing a course with Future Leaders, I would 100% recommend it...Trust me in saying that you will not regret this opportunity!
